What we cover

We build every piece of motion work around a single idea, deciding from the start what viewers will see in the first second and what they’ll remember from the last frame. Script, storyboard, animation, sound and editing all happen in the same team. Process

How it runs

  1. Idea and script

    We set the film’s one-sentence idea, its audience and where it will run. The script and voiceover copy are written to that idea.

  2. Storyboard and style frames

    We draw every shot as frames and design the key frames in their final look. Animation starts from an approved visual.

  3. Animatic

    We time the frames to temporary music and voiceover and show you the film’s rhythm in rough form. Duration and shot order are locked here.

  4. Animation and sound

    We animate the scenes and work in the music, effects and voiceover to match the film’s pace.

  5. Editing and delivery

    We finish the color and sound, and deliver the film in each platform’s format with its subtitles.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a promo film take?

It depends on the film’s length, whether it’s 2D or 3D, the voiceover language and the number of revisions. After the script and storyboard stage, we map out the schedule shot by shot and share it with you.

Can we make a film without a shoot?

Yes. We can show your product with a 3D model, your app with UI animation and your story with 2D illustration. If you already have footage, we finish the editing, color and sound.

Will AI-made videos fit our brand?

In VideoTube we tune the look, colors and voice to your brand, and our team checks every frame. AI helps most in work that calls for lots of variations and speed, like social media series.

How many revisions do we get?

We tie revisions to stages: script, storyboard, animatic and final edit. A change at an early stage is both faster and less costly; we set the number in the quote based on the project’s scope.

What formats do you deliver?

We deliver the main film in 16:9, together with 9:16 and 1:1 cuts for social media and the subtitle files. If you like, we also hand over the source project files and editable templates.
